NEW MINISTRY POSITION
 

3/4 time Pastor of Youth & Young Adults

This position is scheduled for approximately 30 hrs/week and serves as the spiritual and administrative lead for Youth & Young Adult Ministry at Olympic View Baptist Church in University Place, WA.  This includes:  daily planning and implementation of an active community focused ministry, support of church activities, coaching of ministry team members, and active participant in the University Place community.  We thrive on partnering with families to surround our youth / young adults with the skills, knowledge and relationships necessary to navigate their journey of faith.  Our ultimate goal is to create an environment where disciples are growing towards making disciples.

COMPENSATION:  $30,500 Salary / $2,000 Professional Expenses
